How can you make a claim or return your goods?

The period for returning goods is 14 days.

• from the day you take over the goods
• from the day of taking over the last delivery of goods, if the contract involves multiple types of goods or the delivery of several parts
• from the day of taking over the first delivery of goods, if the contract involves the regular repeated delivery of goods

To return the goods, you must also include the Form for Notice of Withdrawal from the Contract.

As well as the Claim Application Form.
